Return & Exchange Policy

At Arteeq, we want you to feel confident about your purchase.

We offer free size exchange and free returns.

We will arrange a free doorstep pickup for your return or exchange.

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags/labels attached.

Customized products with name and/or number printed on them are NOT eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specially for you. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.

Shorts are NOT eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene considerations. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will examine it and approve the return request if it meets the above conditions.

Approved refund amounts usually take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
